The #1 Reason Your Brand Isn’t Taking Off
Establishing a common enemy.
Andrew Tate has the Matrix.
Trump has bad America.
These narratives?
They’re powerful.
They grab people by the gut and pull them into a story they want to be part of.
You need that for your brand.
If the pain you highlight isn’t interesting enough, no one’s paying attention.
If your narrative doesn’t hold them, they’ll tune out.
And a brand without attention? It’s not magnetic.
No magnetism = lost eyes, lost fans, lost sales.
So, how do you find your common enemy? Start by asking yourself these questions:
What’s the biggest challenge my audience faces daily?
What industry norms or outdated thinking are holding them back?
What’s the internal or external force they feel they’re constantly battling?
What frustrates them the most that no one is talking about?
Once you pinpoint this, the next steps are simple:
Build a narrative: Create a story around this struggle where your audience can win.
Make it stick: Keep it relatable and punchy, so people keep coming back.
If you’re missing this, your content will fall flat.
Don’t miss this. The story is everything.
Stay sharp,
Ephraim
